Obituary for Jack l. Killman

Jack L. Killman (Jackie) was born on July 27th 1967 to the Late Ernie Killman and Late Lynna Linn in Blackwell, Okla. Where he lived until about the age of 8 . He then moved to Blackburn , Oklahoma and attended School in Pawnee, Oklahoma. He reunited with his sister and lived in various other places such as Tonkawa, Oklahoma and Beaver, Oklahoma then moving to Larned, Kansas where he made his home until his death on September 20th 2017. Jack was a Jack of all trades as you would say. He liked to fish but hated to bait the hook, as a young kids he loved to go camping and loved to be right under your feet. As he grew up he loved to drive a truck and would always brag about being the best around. He was also a cook which was his passion in various locations. He helped his sister open the Don Do where he really realized how much he liked cooking. He even did his own BBQ out the back door of the restaurant on his own smoker to make extra money. Jack never met a stranger and had many friends and loved to joke with them all. He was also quite the story teller. You could almost tell he would make things up as he went along and most would act like they knew it but would never say anything to him, just let him talk. If you were his friend you could always count on him if you needed anything.
Jack was proceeded in death by his Mother Lynna Linn, his dad Ernie Killman, his brother Jerry Killman, and his sister JoElla Killman. Survivors are his children Bryce Korf, Scott, Amber, Lexis and Addison Killman, his sister Gina Hunter, brothers Lee Killman, and Brad Thomas and Step brother Ricky Dixon, step sisters Donna Hunter and Caroline Hagberg. Along with numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins who will all miss him tremendously.
Jack's celebration of life will be at 2pm at Old Mission Heritage Funeral Home located at 528 N Main in Hutchinson , Kansas. The family is planning to meet at the Carriage Crossing in Yoder, Kansas at 11:30 and would like to extend an invitation to whoever would like to join them.
